Description de l’offre

Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and conferences.
Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure executives' time is used effectively and efficiently.
Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations in English, French, and German.
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, emails, and maintaining filing systems.
Provide support for project management and implementation, as needed.
Coordinate international travel arrangements and logistics.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Profil souhaité

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Fluent in English, French, and German (both written and spoken) is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
A proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
